It is education, not advice; it sells nothing, and any enquiry you send goes to the MITEY network team.
Who runs this site?
The MITEY network (mitey.ca), a group of free Canadian financial tools. MITEY is not a lender, mortgage broker or real estate brokerage.
How is the site built?
Rules live in one dated file with primary sources; community data is our own aggregation of City of Calgary open data; rents are Statistics Canada's (houses) and CMHC's (townhouses, apartments, suites). Every calculator is tested against hand-checked values. See the methodology.
How does the site make money?
The tools are free with no sign-up. If you send an enquiry, it goes to the MITEY network team, which may introduce you to a licensed professional at your request. We don't sell data.
